Newton Mail - Email App App Reviews

Some great stuff, and some lame

Some good stuff here, like swipe to delete, even in Gmail. Also, its wonderful to be able to create Omnifocus and Evernote items directly from emails. LOVE that! It doesnt recognize Gmail categories (promotions, updates, etc.), which can be both good and bad. Wish we had a choice. One really lame thing: It doesnt support landscape view. That just seems weird in a modern app.

Pretty sweet

Like the Mac app, this is the only iOS app Ive found that correctly threads messages. Other email apps either dont display the one-line snippet of previous threads, or worse, fail to thread all messages. Like the Mac app, I wish there was an indicator with the number of messages in a thread. Aside from that one wish, this is a pretty sweet app. Clean, fast and has the unified inbox.

Love❤️❤️

It is so easy to setup and use. I love the phone and computer version. It makes organizing, checking and replying to emails so quick and easy!! Love it

Perfect Email App

Love it - its fast and reliable and I love how they added Touch ID to it. Use it for multiple email accounts and its very easy to navigate between them. No complaints.

Gghtht

The Best.

Great

Best free email app, hands down

Perfect!!!!!!!

Thank you

Beautiful interface, everything works the way its supposed to.

❤️❤️❤️

One of the best!

Cloudmagic is easy to use, looks great, and is a wonderful option for people like me with multiple email accounts that they need to keep track of. Very quick. Very clean. Id love to see more incorporation of 3D Touch features, though.

Perfect app

Light UI, perfect UX. Love this team and fantastic work.

really good app

Few things Id like to see added: Snooze Handoff (with Mac app) ✅ Report Spam Smart unsubscribe (like in Polymail) other than that, the app is fast, reliable and looks good.

Wonderful alternative

I have apple products and the built in mail app is awful for Gmail since it doesnt allow for push notifications. Cloudmagic is my go to on my phone as well as my laptop. Its clean and efficient and I would definitely recommend it to everyone!

Its ok

I guess my biggest complaint is that the email view to the right is so limited in what you can see with no way to resize it or to hide the email list to the left so you can fully view your email. Im surprised that this app got so many good reviews as its very difficult to view on my iPad mini. Maybe thats the issue. I dont know. This is a basic option that when you select an email then the email list to the left should collapse leaving you the ability to read the entire email in full screen. Sorry, two stars is generous.

Missing notification

Its a good app, but for some reason it doesnt push notification on either iPhone or Mac version anymore

All emails together

I love how you can have more than one email accounts all in one once.

Elegant and powerful

I thoroughly enjoy the minimalistic UI which is both elegant and usable. It is a refreshing change to the cluttered design trend of the current email clients. One particular feature that really makes this app stands out is the ability to import attachment from not only online services but also other apps such as Documents or PDF Expert. With these apps acting as a file system and this ability to attach files from them, this email client turns my iPad Pro into a complete PC alternative!

I love it

I used to use the stock mail client and I loved it, but it didnt support gmail push notifications and 4 out of six of my email accounts are gmail, and CloudMagic supports that, I also tried another app simply called Email but it didnt support my office 365 email for work, but CloudMagic supports them all and is a beautiful alternative to the stock mail client.

Decent Overall

I found this to be mostly more functional than the first party Mail app. My only complaint is the lack of 3D Touch.

Best email client Ive found.

Fast, smooth, and works with my exchange account at work with no problems. By far the best email app Ive found. I wish they had a Windows version so I could ditch Outlook!
